Photoshoot for the 400th issue of DWM

I love the eye-twisting nature of the cover holding the cover holding the cover image, as well as the Fourth/Tenth side-by-side images.  It’s time traveling fun.

Benjamin Cook: So when did you start reading Doctor Who Magazine?
David Tennant: I bought the first issue in 1979
Benjamin Cook: Is this where I express disbelief that you’re possibly old enough?
David Tennant: Nah, of course I’m old enough, I’m 997 years old.

Dame Maggie Smith is set to receive one of Britain’s highest honours, it’s been revealed. The 79 year-old-actress will be made a Companion of Honour by Queen Elizabeth II, which is said to be the Queen’s gem on her Birthday’s Honour list. The award recognizes Maggie’s acting career, which spans 6 decades and includes her notable roles as Professor McGonagall in Harry Potter and Violet Crawley in Downton Abbey.
The awards were established in 1917 by King George to recognize outstanding achievements in the arts, science, and politics, and other recipients include Dame Judi Dench, Professor Stephen Hawking, and Sir Ian McKellen.

18.05.2014I learned yesterday that when you see a bee on the ground that isn’t moving, it’s not necessarily dead, it’s probably just dead tired from carrying lots of pollen and needs re-energising. So if you mix a tiny bit of water with some sugar and let it drink it will give it the boost it needs to continue on its way. Bizarrely, this exact thing happened today! I found a knackered bee, mixed up some sugar water, gave it a drink and watched it guzzle and guzzle then suddenly come back to life. It was amazing! Thank you patrick, it was an excellent tip that i’ll never forget and will continue to pass on to others!

boost this because look bEES ARE DYING AND WE REALLY NEED TO HELP THEM!!!!!!

Help them, sweetlings!
